The book Flavors of the Sand Country was produced within the framework of the IPA project entitled, “A New Approach in Rural Ethno and Ecotourism: Capacity and Competence Developmentā. This cookbook created within the framework of the project collects local recipes. These do not only use local herbs and medicinal plants, but also include recipes with other ingredients, such as asparagus or sweet potatoes. We hope that this book published in Hungarian, Serbian and English will become an everyday part of your kitchen.
